The Ordering Site is managed and maintained by Olo, Inc. (“Olo”). Olo provides technologies, products, and services that facilitate online ordering through our local store locations. Our policy only governs information we may gather through the Ordering Site.

SMS/Text Messaging Program

This section outlines our policies regarding the collection, use, and protection of your information in relation to our SMS (text messaging) program.

1. Program Description Showmars may offer a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. The Program is used to send marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, new menu items, event information, and alerts from Showmars.

2. Your Consent By providing your mobile phone number to us and opting in to our SMS program, you are providing your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from Showmars at the number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you have provided.

3. How to Opt-In You may opt-in by providing your mobile number through a web form or at a point-of-sale. By opting in, you agree to the terms outlined in this section.

4. How to Opt-Out You may opt-out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving text messages from us, text the word STOP to the short code from which you are receiving messages. After you send the STOP message, we will send you one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that particular program. If you have subscribed to multiple programs, you may need to opt-out of each one individually.

5. Message Frequency Message frequency will vary depending on the specific program you have joined and our promotional calendar. You can expect to receive periodic messages with offers and updates.

7. Cost and Carrier Information Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates for sending and receiving text messages may apply to all messages sent to and from you. Showmars is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Information We Collect and Use When you opt-in to our SMS program, we collect the following information:

Your mobile phone number.

Your messaging history with us, including your opt-in and opt-out records.

Any other information you may provide as part of the Program.

We use this information to:

Send you the promotional and marketing content you requested.

Administer the Program and communicate with you about your participation.

Improve our marketing efforts and services.

9. Sharing of Information We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with any unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent. We may share your information with our trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our SMS program (such as our messaging platform provider).
